Ben is responsible for the overall management and direction of the finance and development functions of Edgepoint Homes. This includes full ownership of the day-to-day financial management of the business, delivery of strategic financial leadership and accessing capital to underpin future growth. He also works closely with the other Directors and management team, influencing the strategic direction of the business as it continues to grow.
Tom has over 40 years in development & construction. A Registered Building Practitioner with the VBA for Unlimited Domestic Building. He completed his Builders Registration Qualification Course at the Master Builders Association in 1993. As the business continues to grow, he regulates the increase to suit the processes, programs and workforce, to ensure that growth is implemented in a regulated and controlled manner
Robbie has a 30-year long track record of multi-unit construction delivery. With an exceptional knowledge of Medium Density construction, OH&S and Management. Robbie creates a safe and responsible workplace for all staff.
Franco has over 18 years’ experience in various operations management roles with some of Victoria’s leading residential builders. His vast expertise in all types of development ensures seamless delivery of all projects. His knowledge of everything from permits and contracts to estimating and team management means that the entire construction process is properly managed.
