Stage One
All Stage One settlements occur with all 33 townhouses in the maintenance phase.

Stage Two
Stage Two is producing some exceptionally fast track growth, with the new accelerated program to hit target date prior to the close out of the Christmas shutdown.

Stage Three
Stage Three construction is to commence early October.

Internally, all townhouses are now plastered with stairs and kitchens installed. Painting and tiling have now commenced and will continue into mid-October with electrical, heating and plumbing fit offs to follow directly thereafter.

Externally, brickwork to the ground floor has commenced, which when complete will allow the remainder of the external render to be finalised.

The remaining half of the site is aiming to be completed prior to the Christmas break, with only a couple likely to be finished in the new year.

Stage 5

Lots 76-102 are all complete and in the process of settling or handing over.

Stage 4

Frames are complete on all properties, with either lock ups or fit offs being completed across all lots.

Stage One
All final inspections have been completed, and settlements occur throughout the month of July for all 33 townhouses.

Stage Two
Stage Two is producing some exceptional fast track growth.
Lots 65 – 75 have had final frames erected and the internal fixtures have been completed in lots 36 – 56.
Lots 81 – 87 external works are nearing completion.

Stage Three
Site cuts and ground works have begun in preparation to commence the building process in the near future.

We are closing in on completion on lots 37-45, with internal tiling and fit-offs starting, along with landscaping. If weather stays dry next month we aim to have all lock-ups (excluding lots 13-19) complete.

Internal and external lock-ups are now complete. Plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling rough-ins are also complete with internal plaster underway in a number of townhouses. This will continue in August. Stairs and kitchen installs to follow after the plaster installation.
